I'll give you a cheat and tell you how to win, first and foremost you have to get a school and train lots of soldiers, then you have to concur city hall, lastly you have to train I think 5 or 7 leaders and send them to city hall and make them do whatever for 10 days. But be careful people die and when your leaders are at the hall zombies attack every night.
